Teodora Coman was born in Sibiu, Romania, in 1976. Since 2021 she has published four collections of poetry, “Cârtiţa de mansardă” (The Mansard Mole), “Foloase necuvenite” (Assumption of Advantage) and “soft guerrilla”, published by Max Blecher publishing house and most recently “Lucy” at Tracus Arte. Since 2011, she is an editorial member of the cultural journal “Posesis International”, in which she keeps a literary chronicle. Her texts have been published in various anthologies, including “Ziua cea mai lungă” (The longest day), “Bienala europeană de poezie feminină de la Brașov” (The European Biennial of Feminist Poetry of Brașov) and “Tu, înainte de toate. Antologia poeziei contemporane de dragoste” (You, Especially You: Anthology of Contemporary Love Poetry). Her work has been translated into Polish, Turkish, German, Hungarian, Italian and English.
